Andrea Anders

Anders was born in DeForest in Wisconsin but is currently residing on the west coast of Los Angeles. In 1993, she graduated from DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's in Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders was with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until the year 2015. The two met on the sets of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. The director's brother is Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). Anders was in the theatre in 2001. She played the role of an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and later, she played her role as Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was performed at the Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as along with New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film productions. In May 2007, Anders was cast her role in her first Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. She played the part of Jeannie an accountant Fat Pig closed on July 1, 2007. Anders first appearance on television was in a Dannon commercial that ran in the mid-90s. She then appeared again about 2006. Anders is a member of Joey since the beginning, playing Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Anders appeared in each episode of the two series but neither was renewed. Anders was an guest for One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. And Tru Calling. She was featured on HBO for three seasons in the role of Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. She then made appearances in the role of Heather on The Stepford Wives in 2004 as well as Brandy as Brandy and as Susan in Sex Drive in 2008. Anders appeared on Numb3rs 2008 as well. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful television pilots. These were Spellbound and News To Me. Anders' most recent role was in Better Off Ted. This is a workplace comedy with a single camera written by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
